Think of a subconscious belief like a door bell being rung every time something happens. As bad and uncomfortable as the noise of the bell may be, it is "just" the sound! It is the effect, and some may try to limit it by wearing ear plugs. The real work, however, is done by unlearning the part that is ringing the bell. The real work is done by transforming the cause, and that is my area of expertise.
